Sajith Ansar, CEO and founder of Idea Spice is based in Dubai. Idea Spice Design is a leading branding, design and marketing firm in the region with offices around the world. They have created over 1600 brands globally over the last 19 years and specialise in creating and growing home grown brands. Idea Spice is an award winning boutique design firm that has added innovation and business thinking as key ingredients to rapidly grow local businesses. Forbes has listed him as one of the Top 100 Indian business leaders in the Arab World for three years in a row. In his spare time, he is an artist who depicts mediative states through monks and koi fish. He is working on a publication for the same. Sajith is also working on a fiction book which he will complete this year. Sajith lectures at business and design universities regularly and often conducts workshops for entrepreneurs and start ups. He graduated as a product designer from The National Institute of Design (NID) and did the MEP program at The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA).
