I am an objective-driven individual that know my goals very well. I helped business growth with sound strategies and good insights to identify gaps. I am too a believer of lifelong learning in my quest to raise skills standards within my control. Having good years managing sales and operations teams in the airlines both local and overseas and successfully managed sales and business units in the freight and logistics industry, my experience spanned over 25 years amplified my qualifications that I am the person fitted for the job. I am able to motivate, train and coach teams and from seeing through the learner's potential, transformed them into highly service practitioners. On the social side, I love to meet various kinds of people in my line of work to share and learn on experiences. This gives me the sense of satisfaction to connect and grow with people around me.
