Sanjiban is Post Graduate Diploma in Management graduate from Indian Institute of Management, Indore (Flagship 2 year course equivalent to MBA) and Mechanical Engineer from BESU, Shibpur. He is a finance and strategy enthusiast and has extensive experience of advisory (financial, technical and strategic advisory) across sectors like metals, transportation and energy. He is presently associated with Larsen and Toubro in its Group Corporate Finance team looking at Infrastructure and other sectoral investments from shareholder perspective. Earlier he was in PricewaterhouseCoopers Infrastructure advisory team. He has experience of advising Private and Public sector clients across assignments like M&A, Equity valuation and negotiation, Financial structuring and transactions for PPP projects, Bid advisory, Debt viability advisory, Commercial due-diligence for buy-side advisory, policy advisory etc. He was earlier with SBI Capital Markets in their Project Finance team. He is an avid financial modeler and has also cleared CFA Level II.
