Considered to be one of top Business Lending Professionals in the country with over 20 years of direct experience in financing over 550 SBA 7A transactions in excess of $800 million across the United States; specializing in business acquisition and franchise financing. Mr. Shulman also has significant experience in providing working capital solutions for growing businesses. His goal & corporate mission is to increase his client’s sales, reduce expenses and lower their business risk through Newtek’s product offerings. His years of experience in the SBA Lending field allows him to quickly determine the best appropriate loan structure and set a goal to close the loan quickly in 30 days. He recognizes the importance of loan request management and spends quality time with his many applicants to ensure satisfaction. Newtek is offering a lending program to banks to provide the full complement of services necessary to allow any Bank to originate SBA 7 (A) Loans throughout the US. We offer several programs to assist your institution to provide SBA lending or expand their program out of your market area or risk perceptive. Referral Program: Refer a customer to us and earn a referral fee. LSP Program: We can act as the SBA Dept. with the ability to underwrite, close and service SBA loans originated. 50/50 Program: Allows the bank to participate in SBA loans that it sources. In addition we are seeking referral partners such as franchisors, & other business service providers who we can partner with in our referral partner program.
