Shana Keith

Shana is an expert in public relations, content marketing and integrated communications with 20 years of experience in both agency and corporate environments. Currently, Shana is the Public Relations Director for Cox Communications where she leads national PR, Corporate Social Responsibility and external content strategy. In this role, Shana is responsible for leading integrated campaigns including the Smart Home event series, driving positive awareness for Cox’s consumer video product and working to narrow the digital divide through Cox's Affordability programs. Shana works closely with her internal partners on the Product, Brand and Marketing teams to execute a variety of tactics including digital marketing, social media, media relations and event marketing to generate leads, sales and customer loyalty. Shana launched Cox’s first-ever consumer content hub, Cox Stories, designed to lift brand trust and drive traffic to Cox.com. She is passionate about family, health, creativity and injecting a little bit (or a lot) of fun as often as possible.
