I’m a results-oriented and proactive Procurement/Senior Category Manager with comprehensive experience in procurement for the Public Housing, IT and Medical sectors. My role is a high-profile, client-facing function requiring outstanding relationship management and organisational skills. I recently oversaw the digitalisation process for CHA and its integration with other Housing associations, with an overall £15M procurement budget. I have managed the successful operation of many £MM procurement projects including a £1.4 billion new build private hospital (£70M+ Procurement and Supply Chain budget) in London developed by Cleveland Clinic, Ohio USA. Previously, I led cost-cutting Procurement for two new build private hospitals where I set up the entire system from software to processes, contracting and negotiation, staffing and training and introduced technical innovations – including an integrated inventory management system. I am adaptable in multiple environments, with outstanding problem solving, technical, negotiation and leadership skills with the ability to build effective, lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
