I am an experienced leader, former consultant and project manager. My experience ranges from various projects within strategy development, organizational development, organizational culture to leadership-programs both as a consultant and in various line positions. I am dedicated to connecting organizational culture, strategy and attaining goals of leadership development to improve organizational performance. In all change projects, support and involvement in the organization has been an important success factor. I am particularly interested in knowledge sharing, communication and good organizational structures as tools to create well-functioning organizations, where they have responsible leaders/managers and employees who take responsibility for performance
