I started my career as an Operations Manager at Reliance Industries Ltd (Jamnagar), where I handled the team of 30-40 people and was responsible for the production and safety of the crude unit, was awarded the best GET for the same. After one year, intrigued by the startup ecosystem and with a strong desire to help build a business from the ground up, I moved to LetsTransport as a Supply Associate. I have been associated with LetsTransport for 5+ years now, taking on the role of Supply Manager, City Head, Regional Head along the way. I am currently Working as Business Head, taking care of entire operations, business development and expansion. I lead a team of 700+ and am responsible for company's topline and PnL (till EBITDA).
