I am currently leading the Talent Function for Publicis Groupe, one of the world's largest media and communications network. I have about twenty years of experience - split between Business and HR. I am very passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and have recently certified myself as a diversity practitioner. My evolution into the HR function has been via the business route, having worked in Account management and Strategy for the first decade of my career. I have grown from being the People and Culture Head for Leo Burnett to now running a Group Talent function for the network across 6 different companies. I lead a team of 25+ professionals, including specialists in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. I personally focus my efforts on Leadership Hiring and development and Organisation Development. I am also a certified life coach.
