Synneva Erland, owner, public speaker. Listed as one of Norway's most popular moderators by the magazine Kapital in 2020. Synneva Erland is among Norway’s leading motivational speakers. Offers a range of services and courses on topics such as communication, motivation, leadership, culture and values. She has performed on many different stages throughout her career. From the age of 4 she provided theater for the family at home, and a few years ago sang on an international stage in Bali for almost 1,500 people from 90 different countries. Synneva has a passion for topics such as dignity, trust, honesty and ethical issues. She gives a lot of herself and has a gift to motivate and engage the audience. As a trained singer and actress, Synneva often enhances her lectures and courses with material from her artistic repertoire. Founder and co-owner of Norsk lederkonferanse together with the company Norsk ledelse. She has participated in the TV program Arena at TV Vest as their communication expert for three seasons. Since 2012 she has delivered courses on PR, networking and social media for the entrepreneurial program Make your own business, arranged by Jæren Produktutvikling. In 2017 she had the role of Project Manager for the same program. During this time she also collaborated together with Innovation Norway on a mentoring program for entrepreneurs, where she was the Project Manager. 2017-2018 Synneva was hired by Kavli AS and Q-Meieriene as an expert on sosial media, where she developed a culture building program called "SoMe = SoWe." This was a course for both the administration and employers, with the main goal of increaseing visibility, strengthening the business culture and building a stronger reputation. 2018-2019 Synneva was hired by DEA Norge AS prior the merger with Wintershall, to help the organization with communication, management and culture building. She held kick-offs, workshops, lectures, leadership training groups and coaching one on one. Both the administration and the employers where involved in the program. Synneva Erland is a very often used speaker at home and abroad, with engagements at Talerlisten, Athenas, Talarforum (Sweden), Norsk Foredragsformidling, Fuelbox, Holtskog and Women talk.
