Regional Manager at BRAC

I have been working as Regional Manager-SME at BRAC. As a Regional Manager, I have to lead all operational activities includes a portfolio 150 Crore. Beside I have to supervise above 100 people to achieve target of over 250 crore yearly. Before that, I worked as Management Professional Staff (Assistant Manager) at BRAC. As a management professional I had to develop different policies for Customer service assistance program. I worked as Zonal Coordinator, Branch Review Unit at BRAC-Microfinance. As a Zonal Coordinator I have to monitor, supervise, train and lead six review team work throughout the Dhaka Division. Earlier as a Management Trainee I had to undergo an extensive training of different level of management in Microfinance program. I had to learn about the core program management as well as the basic learning of Microfinance practice in different regions of Bangladesh. Before that, I worked as a Senior Executive, Tender in Ace Autos (Pvt.) Ltd. I had to maintain close liaison with government officials as well as corporate personnel regularly. I have to communicate regularly with clients through email and over phone. I also had to prepare tender documents and followed up the tender update regularly. I have completed MBA in Finance and Banking from Jahangirnagar University. Earlier, I have completed my MS and B.Sc (Hons.) in Zoology from University of Chittagong. Hard working, self-driven, ready to face challenges and determined to achieve the goal with an objective for being a significant part of a dynamic organization, which demands creativity, challenge taking attitude and also driven by core values.
