I have the privilege, the responsibility and the honor to manage our company, A. Hatzopoulos S.A. We are the leading Greek flexible packaging converter, with growth constantly higher than this of our competitors, operating in two production sites. We do business in international level, supplying goods in 22 countries and having sales offices in U.K., Germany, France, Holland, Serbia and Bulgaria. Focusing in the high barrier and the added value packaging segment, I am a proud part of our team which includes 265 well-trained, motivated and proud for their work people. My main goal is to commit all our people to our company's vision, tactics and goals, while I am responsible to point them into the direction of our company's values in their daily work. I believe in hard work, focus on quality and empowering people. Being in the flexible packaging business since 1998, I have developed deep knowledge in the packaging converting business, since I have served as a machine operator, a production supervisor, an Area Sales Manager, a Business Development Manager and my last role as the company's Marketing & Sales Director. The flexible packaging industry is a challenging environment which responds fast to the needs of the consumer and the socitery, making my business life a trip full of new things to learn and new goals to achieve.
