Tony Rainey is a delivery focused Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience of delivering high-profile projects. He has comprehensive experience in all aspects of project management including budgetary management, stakeholder management, vendor and resource management. His technical skills are exercised in managing large complex infrastructure, integration, migration, decommissioning and transformation projects. Tony has worked across the full spectrum of the IT development lifecycle from initiation through design, development and testing into implementation and support handover. Tony has worked across various industry sectors including retail banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, Government (inc. Military), media and retailing. He has worked within the structure of formal project methodologies, such as Prince2, Agile and ITil, as well as easily adapting to the many methods based on these standards.
