Cohost of award-winning TV show "Campus Eats" on Big Ten Network. Also appears as a food expert for TV shows on NatGeo, Travel Channel, and PBS. In 2011, Troy wrote and hosted his own primetime Food Network TV show, "Crave." On stage, he's emceed the first TEDX conference in San Diego, the music-food-and-art festival, Kaaboo, and dozens of awards shows and charity events. He's currently finishing up his book at his home in Ocean Beach, California.
