For over 11 years, I have been fortunate to successfully face several challenges by switching from the metalworking industry to retailing, from purchases of supplies and spare parts to purchases of goods for profit generation, and then to change to the area of IT projects for logistics and ultimately for quality management. It has involved learning in practice by making adjustments on the "flight" and unlearn what does not serve to take on new responsibilities using the lessons learned in the academy. The constant changes have given me the confidence to take new opportunities, hoping for the best results with optimism and enthusiasm. The only constant over this time has been contact with vendors; either by negotiating, providing support, developing them. This is a privilege for me as I do something that I am passionate about.
