Software Architect and Senior Technical Lead at IBM. Over the past 13 years, I held various software engineering and leadership roles within IBM, and acquired a broad technical experience across the full stack, and beyond; including front-end software engineering, back-end development, cloud distributed software architecture, continuous delivery, and cloud infrastructure. My daily job over the past 5 years is to drive large geographically-dispersed engineering teams, defining core technical, strategical, and architectural directions, taking multiple hats as needed to deliver projects / get things done. That said, I still like keeping my hands dirty in code (whenever I have time!) and connected to the base of the technical organization. I think having a broad view, while maintaining a deep understanding of what is happening at lower level is critical. I got a number of awards (multiple OTAAs - Outstanding Technical Achievement Awards) over my career at IBM in various projects and roles. Multiple patents.
