Credits

  • How many credits are included in Enterprise? The Enterprise version allows customization of the number of credits based on your needs.

  • Is there an expiration date for the Enterprise package? The expiration time of credits is based on the company's own needs, so there is no fixed expiration date for the Enterprise package.

Upgrade

  • Can I upgrade the package? You can upgrade your subscription at any time. Your newly purchased package will take effect immediately.

  • Upgrade impact on plan expiration? When you upgrade your subscription, the credits in your previous plan will remain until their original expiration date, and will not be affected by the upgrade. The expiration date for your upgraded plan's credits will be based on the start date of the new subscription plan that you have selected.

Subscription

  • What types of payment plans are available? We offer both monthly and annual payment plans for our users. If you choose to pay annually, you will receive a 20% discount.

  • Can I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll still have access to the account and remaining credits till the end of the subscription cycle.

  • What happens to my unused credits after expiration? Any unused credits that you have remaining will be lost.

  • Can I still access my account after expiration? If you cancel your subscription, your account will be downgraded to a free account. You can still log in to your account with your existing account information.

  • Can I retain unused credits for the renewal? When your subscription renews automatically, any unused credits from your previous plan will be lost until their original expiration date.

  • Can I get a refund if I cancel my package? Please note that subscription payments are non-refundable. In case of any refund-related queries, please reach out to our support team via email.
