PEER 毅恒挚友全称“北京毅恒挚友大学生志愿服务促进中心”， 是致力于促进中国城乡教育公平、改善中国欠发达地区教育资源、并发展博雅、人文与素质教育的非营利组织。
PEER 于 2007 年成立，2011 年于友成企业家扶贫基金会设立专项基金，2015 年于北京市民政局正式注册为民办非企业单位。
