Overview
南京理工大学紫金学院成立于1999年，2004年经国家教育部批准改制为本科层次的独立学院，是由南京理工大学联合社会力量举办。学院现设有机械工程院、电子工程与光电技术院、计算机院、经济管理院、人文与社会科学院和基础教学部6个院（部），27个本科专业；聘请南理工知名教授作为学科专业带头人和骨干教师，引进培养具有博士、硕士以上学位的专职教师，建成一支以南京理工大学教师为主，专兼职相结合的优秀师资队伍。近年来，学院获得“全国先进独立学院”等荣誉称号，社会影响力不断增强。
