天津天狮学院(Tianjin Tianshi College) - 建设中的天元大学-是天津市一所创新型大学，由天津市领导和管理的全日制普通高等学校。学校依托企业的融资方式，探索具有新时代特色的教育模式，主要目标是培养应用型创新人才。学校由天狮集团有限公司投资兴办，其前身是创办于 1999 年的天狮职业技术学院，天狮集团董事长李金元先生任学院董事长。
学校坐落在“京津走廊”的天津市武清区，建设中的主校区位于龙凤河南岸，占地3.2平方公里，整体建筑规划210万平方米。可容纳4.26万余名学生在校学习、生活。
