How to Build the Targeted Prospect Lists?

People Search

By using the many filters on the tool's left side to focus your results on individuals who matter most to you, People Search enables you to look for people you wish to have meaningful discussions with. Our filter choices provide you with the versatility you need to locate the ideal personas, ranging from choose lists to open text search areas.

Search Criteria

Entering Search Criteria: Depending on the search criteria, our filters may have choose lists, open text fields, or a text box that directs you to results that have already been predetermined. Simply click the "X" next to the filter you want to delete to remove the search criteria. Click "Clear" to eliminate your whole search phrase. 

Viewing Contact Cards

Contact cards offer specific information about the person and the business they work for, in addition to vital contact information to get in touch with your prospects.

You'll see a list of all the contacts who match your search criteria when the search results return. The business card provides a brief overview of the organization as well as the types of contact information we offer (Direct Phone and Email). 

Revealing Contacts

What contact information will be made available to you is indicated next to each contact on AroundDeal. The "phone" and "email" data point tags indicate this.

Clicking on “Add to List” will reveal the contact details of the desired contact and save to a list on AroundDeal, which will help you organize them with our internal list tool and allow you to later export to a CSV file.

Reveal 1 contact will cost 1 credit. One credit is needed to reveal all the data that is associated with a contact.  

This will select all of the contacts on the page that you are on. You won’t be charged a credit for contacts you have already added.

Hiding EU Contacts

Go to your Account if you don't want to view the outcomes of contacts from the EU. Turn on the Hide EU contact filter under the Account Settings tab. The results of people from the EU won't appear in your search results because of this. 

When this toggle is on, when you search for people from the EU, AroundDeal will not display them.

Editing a List

Please note, you can add or remove contacts from a list at any time.  

To create a new list, type the name of your list in the +New List： text box then click New List.  

Click New List to save your list.

To view your new list, click Prospector and then click Lists. 

Company Search

You can use Company Search to find new businesses in your selected industry. Our filter options provide you the flexibility you need to locate the best businesses to pursue, from choose lists to open text search fields. Once you've chosen the appropriate businesses, it's simple to locate all of the contacts that AroundDeal has listed, so you can start contacting decision-makers.

Search Criteria

Entering Search Criteria: Depending on the search criteria, our filters include open text fields, pick lists or a text field that brings you to predefined results based on what you enter. To remove search criteria, simply click the 'X' for the filter you want to remove. If you want to remove your entire search string click 'Clear'.  

Viewing Company Cards

Company cards provide the necessary information to understand if a company is located in your target market and a good fit for your products and/or services.

When search results come back, you'll see the card view of all companies that fit your search requirements. The card view shows the beginning of the company description, industries, employees, HQ, and the company website.  

Adding & Exporting Company Information

Clicking on “Add to List” will save the company to a list on AroundDeal, which will help you organize them with our internal list tool and allow you to later export to a CSV file.

You can also bulk add up to 200 companies by clicking on the “Select” button at the top of the company page. This will select all of the companies on the page that you are on.   

Finding Employees at Companies

To find contacts at individual companies, simply select the companies that you want to find contacts at and select the 'Find Contacts' button in the top navigation bar.  

Create a List of Companies

Launch AroundDeal, click Prospector in the navbar, and then click Companies. 

Click the checkbox next to each company that you want to add to your list. 

Click the drop-down and then click Add to List. 

To create a new list, click Create new list.  

Click Add to List to save your list of companies. 

To view your new list, click Prospector and then click Lists. 

Click the drop-down and then click Companies Lists.

Managing a List

To edit an existing list, click Prospector and then click Lists. 

Click the additional options (...) icon under the "Actions" column to either Rename the title of your list or Delete your list. 

To view the contents of your list, click on the list name. 

Remove a Contact from a List

To remove a contact from a list, click the checkbox next to the contact.
