Occasionally, you might need to manually pause a contact in a sequence. You can pause a contact until you know where the interaction with their colleague will go, for instance, if a contact's coworker replies to your message.

Manually Pause a Contact
Launch AroundDeal, click Engagement, and then click Sequence.
Select the contact sequence you want to pause by clicking it.
Click Contacts, then select the contact(s) you want to halt in the sequence by checking the box(es) next to them.
Click the pause sequence button.
Click Pause.
You have now paused a contact in a sequence
