In May 2014 the country's foremost contact centre industry associations (ATA and CCMA) merged to create a new entity with over 42 years of operating experience. The Mission of Auscontact Association is to lead and support member businesses with their customer contact capability. In order to achieve our mission, Auscontact Association will: 1.
