CATIC issues its policies through a network of more than 2,000 attorney and independent title agents and is currently licensed in New England, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and South Carolina. Its sister company, CATIC Title, is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The Company is an underwriting member of the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the Florida Land Title Association (FLTA), the New England Land Title Association (NELTA) and the North American Bar-Related® Title Insurers. The Company offers standard ALTA policies for both residential and commercial properties. CATIC annually insures mortgages issued by more than 1,300 lending institutions. Through a strategic partnership, Lloyd’s of London provides reinsurance on larger commercial transactions insured by CATIC. For its stability and dependability in the market, CATIC has earned an A'​ rating from Demotech.
