Originally established in 1991 as a Mexican food commissary for 3 Mexican restaurants in South Australia, Mexex has evolved into an industry leading food manufacturer specialising in aseptic processing of cheese sauces, dairy and vegetable-based products. Mexex services both domestic and export market with a focus on value added industrial ingredients, proprietary QSR products and contract packing for foodservice and retail.
