Senior Vice President, Technology at Global Strategy Group

I am the Chief Information Officer, head of Office Services, and co-lead of Diversity & Inclusion at Global Strategy Group (GSG). I am also a board member for Community-Word Project. As a technologist first, I have over 20 years of experience leading technology teams across a diverse range of industries: professional services, global NGO (education), electronics manufacturing, and healthcare. In the last 15 years, I have built high-performing technology teams from the ground up at three different organizations: Crestron Electronics, Teach For All, and now GSG. Each of my teams have had significant, measurable success driving the organization’s IT strategy and delivering solutions. I have shared many of these experiences as a speaker at numerous conferences, as well as within published articles for CIOReview, CIO.com, ComputerWorld, and The Huffington Post. Beyond technology, I have broad leadership experience across many operational and administrative functions across for-profit and nonprofit organizations. At both Teach For All and GSG, I have helped drive the operational strategy for human resources, finance, marketing, facilities management, and legal compliance. I also run GSG's Cultural Awareness Program to celebrate the staff's diverse heritages and help drive other Diversity & Inclusion programming at the firm.
