I embrace diversity and firmly believe that magic happens when people from different personalities, backgrounds, gender and races works together. ● More than 13 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility on Marketing - from strategy to execution - in key consumer goods multinationals, such as Henkel, Groupe SEB, Whirlpool and Heineken, in a big tech firm, Movile and currently at Grow, a tech-micromobility startup. ● Solid international experience: worked in cross-functional teams at companies located in Europe (Spain and Portugal), in addition to graduate and master studies exchanges (United States and Spain) and volunteering abroad (Cambodia). ● Strong set of skills developed in business and marketing, including product marketing, strategy, digital, growth, trade, branding, partnerships and business development. ● Successfully launched marketing campaigns which drove brand equity and increased awareness, market share and profitability, while delivering ZBB management and process improvements targets ● Played a key-role on structuring the Marketing & Trade Mkt departments while launching an entirely new business at B.blend, the world`s first all-in-one residential beverage system, a Joint Venture between Ambev and Whirlpool. ● Flexible, hands on, multi-tasker, data-driven and a team player with high-energy and ownership to overcome obstacles and drive changes.
