Celine Le Cotonnec is Chief Data & Innovation Officer for Bank of Singapore, Asia Global Private Bank, a subsidiary of OCBC. She oversees the data strategy of the bank (data architecture, governance, data management, data literacy and implementation of analytics use cases) in cooperation with the OCBC Group Data Office. Her Mission is to foster a culture of innovation while running the internal incubator. She was previously Chief Data and Innovation Officer of AXA Singapore, focusing on Business Intelligence, Big Data/Analytics and Innovation partnerships with startups, fintech, and other data companies. Prior to AXA, Celine was Head of Connected Services, Digital and Mobility for PSA Peugeot Citroen Asian Direction in Shanghai where her mission was to define innovative User experience while developing new business models on connected cars data. Working closely with R&D, open innovation teams and external partners, from automotive or disruptive industry, she was ensuring efficient coordination within PSA Joint Ventures across three brands : Peugeot, Citroen and DS. Before Singapore, Celine has been living in China for more than ten years and still speaks fluent mandarin. In 2008, she founded Shanghai Young Bakers, an innovative charity program which provides a one-year fully sponsored training to underprivileged Chinese youths. Meanwhile she was working as Business Development Manager in the Automotive and New Technology department of the Economic French Trade Commission in Shanghai. She graduated from an International Business Master Degree from EM Lyon business School/Sun Yat sen University in Guangzhou as well as an Executive MBA of the European Institute of Purchasing Management.
