Hi, I'm Debra Graugnard, a Spiritual Energetic Healing Practitioner with a Masters of Divinity in Spiritual Healing and Counseling. I am a Master Healer and Teacher in the Shadhiliyya Sufi Order, in which I have devoted my studies and practices of "purifying the heart" for more than 20 years. My business is dedicated to helping people with digestive dysfunction heal the stress, emotions and belief patterns that affect their dis-ease. I also offer tips and self-care practices to bring the physical body into balance and support its healing journey. My programs and services help people develop awareness, connection and relationship with parts of themselves that they have become disconnected from - to return the energetic and spiritual bodies to a state of wholeness, and to respect and care for their bodies on the physical level as sacred vessels for their souls. Thirty years ago, I struggled with ulcerative colitis, fibrocystic disease and hypoglycemia. After starting the standard treatments which treated only symptoms and offered no hope of a cure, I embarked on a journey of natural holistic healing. Cleansing, juicing, fasting and spiritual healing all helped to bring my life into balance and restore my body, heart and spirit to health beyond what I had ever known to be possible. My personal journey was incredibly rich and culminated in the understanding that our bodies are sacred vessels for the divine spirit and love. The body is designed to heal itself and the healing process integrates body, mind, heart and spirit equally. With the journey of healing and wholeness, connected to divine source, we experience joy. It is my passion to support others to heal their bodies, hearts, minds and spirits and to have immeasurable joy along the way!
