I love bringing people to explore ideas they have never considered before in order to solve problems. Like a magician removing a shroud, seemingly immovable obstacles can disappear! The reaction is the same. A look of awe followed by feelings of excitement and engagement. My passion is all about making these grand reveals happen for people and then revealing the magician’s secrets. Whether an individual, a team, or an organization, I strive to be a catalyst for change. From process owner to process consultant, and through the launch, ramp, stabilization, and improvement of multiple manufacturing lines, I have learned how to build and develop teams for success. My purpose is in the process and the people, not the product. The right people and the right process pursuing the right idea creates success. My goal is to provide these pieces.
