Since 2012, Don Gayhardt has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of CURO Financial Technologies Corp, previously Speedy Group Holdings Corp. He leads more than 5,000 employees throughout the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom that serve a number of brands including Speedy Cash, Rapid Cash, Cash Money, LendDirect, Opt+ and WageDayAdvance. Each of which provides innovative and accessible financial solutions to underserved consumers, backed by advanced technologies. In leading the CURO, Don Gayhardt has focused on creating and fostering a collegial workplace culture that motivates employees and ensures satisfied customers. He encourages drive and initiative, and works to create an atmosphere where everyone feels empowered to contribute ideas. Mr. Gayhardt is also the chairman of Music Training Center Holdings, which offers high quality music and performing arts classes taught by experienced instructors with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in their respective fields. Every week, Music Training Centers provide instruction to over 2,000 children at locations across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Gayhardt has a total of more than 25 years of executive management experience leading major acquisitions and directing complex financial transactions. Earlier in his career, he spent 18 years with DFC Global Corporation, a financial services company. His accomplishments there included expanding international operations by adding 715 new stores in Canada and the United Kingdom. Currently, Don Gayhardt is a member of the board of Beneficial Bank and the Community Financial Services Association of America. A longtime resident of Philadelphia, he also supports several local charities and nonprofit organizations, including Speak Up, Bryn Mawr Hospital, the Philadelphia Orchestra, and a number of schools. He holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Notre Dame. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family.
