My experience in the IT industry spans for thirty-five years ranging from programming, business analysis, consulting, pre-sales, sales and account directorship. During this time I have accumulated significant amount of learning’s in problem solving, relationship management, strategic selling and building strong consultative skills. Achieving targets and overachievements have been the results of working effectively in a team environment and strong collaborative skills within the organisation and also with the customer. I possess a strong value system that consists of integrity, credibility and transparency in my dealing with my management and peers and also with the customer. This has also been a very critical component in my success over the years. I am also a strong believer in mentorship and so run a mentoring and leadership for graduates and also for non-profit organisations. I have established an organisation “Smile4Tomorrow”, these has approximately 40+ working professionals representing various industries meeting regularly for networking and also provide people with forum to discuss key issues and topics that top professionals encounter in their careers and life.
