I work closely with HR, procurement and IT leaders to design extended workforce ecosystems that fuel and future-proof enterprise talent strategies. I also provide research, insights and thought leadership on engaging the extended workforce. I combine my experience leading HR functions with five years leading global HR- and workforce-related research to create workforce ecosystems that include the best thought leadership, business practices, and platform technology. Prior to joining Flextrack, I served as a Head of Human Capital Research and Insights with Deloitte, Vice President of Human Capital for a research and consulting firm based in Maryland, and a faculty member in Human Resources Development in Morocco. I hold an MS in OD and Strategic HR from Johns Hopkins University, and a doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University. I am a lifelong learner.
