Over 20 years of experience in the commercial and industrial environmental consulting and engineering field (since 1989). Managed between 6 and 30 staff members, depending upon assignment. Includes conducting/writing asbestos surveys, management plans, and abatement projects; performance of Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments; conducting soil and groundwater investigations; conducting indoor air quality and vapor intrusion testing; and, performing expert testimony. Properties where most projects have been performed at include service stations, petroleum bulk terminals, dry cleaners, chemical facilities, former manufactured gas plants, manufacturing facilities, multi-tenant residential properties, government and school facilities, et. al. Specialties: Currently hold a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) accreditation (national); Liscensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) license (New Jersey); Government/School Air Monitoring License (New Jersey); and Unregulated Heating Oil Tank (UHOT) license (New Jersey). Other licenses include, asbestos inspector, management, abatement oversight, Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) certification; mold operations; radiation license; XRF certification; Lead-Based Paint licenses (many States).
