I'm a Principal Platform Architect with over 20 years of experience in the IT field. My passion for technology extends from a very early age of my life. I reminisce about gifts that were presented to me during my childhood and how I would spend hours playing with them. I received my first computer at the age of 8. It was an Olivetti PC1. I remember it like it was yesterday. I explored, I played, but it was not enough, so I decided to disassemble the new toy piece by piece. I wanted to know how this wonderful machine, that aroused my curiosity, was built... After a few hours around this new world of discovery, I thought to myself, can I make it work again? Piece by piece, I put it back together like a game of Lego. There were a few screws left over but my new computer was working again. Since that day, I realised that this new toy would be a part of my life and would play a very important part in my future. It was not long before I started scripting my first batch files and programming in Basic. It was at this time when I started to write and develop code. My curiosity, my knowledge, my interest and my passion for technology has grown over the years and it is with these attributes that I believe I can achieve a lot more in my professional career.
