I am a co-founder of Harvest Digital, a leading performance-based digital marketing agency in London. I am obsessed with data that delivers insight and drives action. Rather than starting with the data, I prefer to start with good questions - particularly around what we need to know to make sensible optimisations to digital channel management. I am currently an Adjunct Professor at Hult International Business School and also helped to set up the IDM’s Award in Digital Copywriting. I have presented at numerous conferences, including three times at SXSW in Austin Texas, and contributed a chapter to ‘Multichannel Marketing Ecosystems: Creating Connected Customer Experiences’ (Kogan Page, 2014). I am an investor in and advisor to a number of other businesses including Brainient, toucanBox, Solvasure, Pollen Capital and LoveSales.
