Assisted multiple companies with redesign of their current ATS; and have worked as project manager and SME to design a system from the ground up. Worked directly with teams to gather requirements; and then deliver to the development teams. Worked with the onsite IT teams/developers or off-shore. Tested all changes and enhancements for cause and effect. Also implemented and trained on best practices for sales and recruiting processes itself. Worked with new sales members or recruiters who didn't have experience in a particular industry; or entered into sales/recruiting as a new role. Training sessions conducted on IT skills and recruitment and/or sales best practices.
