Reilly Goodwin

Values-driven, sustainability leader with experience building and leading initiatives that embrace purpose and use capitalism as a force for the greater good. Systems thinker with a demonstrated history of success across industries in consulting, public service, and $30+ billion private sector environments. Areas of expertise include global sustainability trends and insights, strategy development and execution, program design for social impact, goal setting, brand positioning and strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, ESG, cross-functional team leadership, sustainability reporting, and metrics, brand advocacy, environmental science, sustainability for growth, customer engagement and public affairs. Reilly earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and a Masters of Natural Resource Law and Policy, with a Specialization in Corporate Sustainability and Energy Law from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Reilly serves on the Board of Directors for Sustainable Resources Center, working to provide energy-efficient, lead-free homes to low-income populations across Minnesota. She lives in southwest Minneapolis with her husband, Nick, son Regan (2), and their dog, Ely. An avid skier, Reilly can be found exploring the outdoors and on most summer weekends at their cabin near the Boundary Waters in northern Minnesota.
