I like to scope out opportunities before I approach them, then make the appropriate analysis, put in the due diligence and then move in at the right time. I have an experience of over 5 years working in the software industry, six months of which I spent as an entrepreneur. I have high integrity, tempered by the virtues of accountability, resourcefulness and analytical skills. I am highly disciplined in my approach to any situations which has helped me realize a high level of self-confidence. I have a background in the design and development of a core banking solution made by Infosys, specializing in the area of payment systems. I have performed various roles spanning, customer interaction for requirement gathering, and delivery of product; as a team leader in managing a team; as a team player as a part of the larger team that delivers the product to the bank. As an entrepreneur I have essayed the roles of a sales manager, a business analyst and as a product delivery manager all at the same time. My past record proves my dedication and professionalism. I have high learnability and what is today known as ‘unlearnability’ (the ability to unlearn practices that have become obsolete or are not as profitable) quotients. I have excellent inter-personal skills and a proven track record in delivering both quantity and quality as either a team leader, team member or a lone worker, depending on the job requirements. I am able to work under heavy stress situations with a calm, rational approach, and can put in extreme working hours on demand. I believe that I can leverage the skills that I have acquired over the years professionally and on account of my core values, with the tools gained from the MQF program offered by Rutgers Business School, to deliver outstanding quality.
