Experienced Lead Corporate Trainer with a long history in the mortgage industry. Past experience in Mortgage Origination, Sales, Loan Processing and Team Management has enhanced skill level in current Lead Corporate Trainer role allowing strong public speaking skill combined with lengthy mortgage experience to improve and elevate a new hire on-boarding experience. In addition, personal side work in yoga, meditation and mindfulness pours into training classes and online sessions to build confidence and to provide a mindful approach to all new hire employees as they progress through their personalized training plans.
